MY STORY
01. ORIGEN
ECUADOR SHAPED THE WAY I SEE.
South American. I was born in a small but wonderful Ecuador and raised in the country's capital city, Quito. I grew up surrounded by amazing mountain views that I enjoyed every day for most of my life. There is nothing as peaceful as the feeling of fresh mountain air running down the hill. It gave me time to think, wonder, and get the rhythm of life. The life where I grew up was full of wonderful colors, tasteful food, and unique music.
Not everything is peace. I must even say peace is the intermediate point of my life. Most of my family is from the cost. They eat differently, they speak differently, they act differently, and yet the party is always with them. They taught me how to enjoy moments that aren't calm already because, with them, peace is just the silence between them; they are two great stories.
02. STORYTELLING
STORIES ARE HOW WE MAKE SENSE OF PEOPLE.
I am the result of a living and breeding culture of different people: people who love, people who party, people who play the guitar stringing sad melodies, and people who enjoy long nights with family. Thanks to them, I got to know people from all walks of life, and even then, I feel that I haven't met anyone. Everyone is so different, but there always seems to be a story to tell.
My art is just a tasteful way to replicate these stories and the emotions my family, friends, and people felt. Because I believe there is nothing as priceless and vital as what we experience in life, no matter how small, like the feeling of a rush of fresh mountain air coming down the hill.
